2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All editorial content, original astrophotography, star mapping guides, and website architecture are the exclusive property of Astraea Celestial Society Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Scientific & Field Accuracy Disclaimer

While Scenetemponest strives to maintain 100% accurate ephemeris, meteor shower peak timings, and weather seeing forecasts, celestial events are subject to local atmospheric variance. Astraea Celestial Society Ltd. assumes no liability for travel disruptions or unexpected cloud cover encountered during independent expeditions.

4. Member Code of Conduct

Club members and expedition participants are required to respect local dark sky reserve ordinances, observe white-light red lighting rules during night observation sessions, and adhere to wilderness leave-no-trace principles.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
